		<description>As you pointed out, managing quality in an organization is a team efforts of all the parties invovlved. New employee induction by training them as they start their work is the best practise so the new joinees get inducted into the corporate culture early on. Refresher training courses is also necessary for the organization as reminder to all employees. Also the process cannot be static, it needs to continue to evovle, that means refesher courses must be held at regular intervals too.</description>
